We love all of our clients at Tay Bella Hair Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. All appointments require a 20% security deposit that goes towards your balance. 

This reduces the risk of “no call/no show”  ensuring appointment time and availability.

I allow the non-refundable deposit to be transferred one time.


 "No Call/ No Show" will be automatically banned from booking an appointment.


15-minute grace period on scheduled appointments booked via online. Strict "no-grace period" for "squeeze-in" appointment, must be on time. Appointments booked without deposit (booked via phone/social media) are not guaranteed and will count as "walk-in" appointment.


Last minute cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will be charged 50% service cost with card on file. Two late cancellations will be banned from booking. 


All services and sales are final. Refunds are not permitted.
